M. Moses Shmueli

Founder & Managing Partner

Moses brings three decades of award-winning M&A experience advising business owners, strategic acquirers and financial sponsors across middle-market M&A, private equity and corporate finance. Moses personally leads client strategy, positioning, negotiations and the critical decisions from initial assessment through deal closing. Before founding Northeastern Advisors, he worked at Generational Group, ING Barings Furman Selz, Sandler Capital Management and Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance Group. Moses is also a featured lecturer at NYU Stern School of Business, where he mentors students in the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) program. He holds a degree with honors from NYU Stern.
