Moses has held senior roles at several leading M&A firms, including Generational Equity, where he played a pivotal role in driving deal activity and delivering strategic guidance. His work has earned him numerous accolades, including “Deal of the Year” and “Dealmaker of the Year” from The M&A Advisor.

 

Prior to co-founding Northeastern Advisors, Moses served as Managing Director at the firm for 17 years, leading hundreds of sell-side and buy-side transactions, capital raises, and corporate growth initiatives. He previously served as Vice President of Investment Banking at ING Barings, where he established the Telecom Media and Technology group and executed over $1 billion in deals. Earlier in his career, he was a Private Equity Associate at Sandler Capital Management and advised on M&A transactions at Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance Group.

 

Moses is also a featured lecturer at NYU Stern School of Business, where he mentors students in the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition program. He holds a degree with honors from NYU Stern, specializing in Finance and International Business.
At DUSK Group, Uriel led a high-performance team, implementing proprietary CRM systems to boost efficiency and client satisfaction. Under his leadership, the firm achieved over $126 million in sales across 20+ partnerships, focusing on exclusive acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031 exchanges. Uriel’s innovative use of a 100,000-client network via DUSK’s CRM system distinguished the firm in New York City’s competitive real estate market. He also secured exclusive agreements and drove high-value deals.

 

Beyond real estate, Uriel held leadership roles that honed his operational and analytical skills. As Vice President at Livingston Management Services, he drove strategic oversight and business development. As a Business Consultant at EPSG, he provided insights to optimize operations. His tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Think Empire, a prop-tech startup, highlighted his ability to foster innovation in dynamic settings. These roles equipped Uriel with a versatile skill set, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.

 

Uriel’s professional philosophy centers on overcoming challenges through patience, experience, and commitment to excellence. His ability to build trust-based relationships, coupled with his strategic acumen and operational expertise, positions him as a leading problem solver. Outside of his professional endeavors, Uriel remains dedicated to philanthropy and community involvement, drawing on early experiences to make a positive impact.
Prior to joining Northeastern Advisors, Daniel worked in venture capital and corporate finance, where he focused on strategic analysis, transaction structuring, and operational improvements across a range of industries. He also held a financial analyst role at Maximum Capital Ventures, where he evaluated client financials to assess loan eligibility and built automation tools that saved hundreds of hours in manual work.

 

Daniel holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Analytics from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business. Known for his analytical rigor and entrepreneurial mindset, he brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every engagement.
