Buy-side acquisition search

Build a focused opportunity pipeline through research and direct owner engagement.

  1. Define the mandate: Confirm target criteria, priority markets, existing relationships and do-not-contact lists.
  2. Map and prioritize: Research the market, identify relevant businesses and assess strategic fit.
  3. Engage owners: Use tailored calls, email and professional networks to develop conversations.

From opportunity to closing

Senior advisors guide the decisions that determine value, risk and execution.
