Help business owners explore their next chapter while building your career in mergers and acquisitions.

What you’ll do

  • Open doors to new acquisition opportunities by connecting directly with business owners through meaningful conversations, personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Be the first point of contact between business owners and serious acquirers.
  • Clearly communicate our buyers’ acquisition goals and explore owners’ interest in a sale or partnership.
  • Use our in-house research, prospecting and outreach infrastructure to identify targets and manage your pipeline.
  • Build relationships, follow up consistently and keep accurate records of conversations and next steps.
  • Work alongside our senior deal team as qualified opportunities progress toward a transaction.

Who we’re looking for

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage business owners and clearly explain our buyers’ interests.
  • A strong desire to succeed and the discipline to follow through.
  • Strong organization and consistent follow-up habits.
  • An independent self-starter who learns quickly and manages time effectively.
  • A professional home workspace and reliable technology setup.

Prior cold outreach, sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required. Finance or M&A experience is also welcome, but not mandatory.

We care more about drive, organization and communication than about your résumé.

Your development

You’ll gain exposure to live M&A transactions and learn how deals move from an initial owner conversation through NDAs, valuation discussions, indications of interest, letters of intent, due diligence and closing. As your skills develop, you’ll have opportunities to contribute across these stages and take on greater responsibility.

This is a fully remote opportunity with regular collaboration and guidance from our senior deal team.

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity with the potential to earn $100,000 or more in your first year, depending on performance and completed transactions. There is no base salary or guaranteed income.
